Our company is also directing its energy towards measures for "industry-university cooperation" that connects company needs to the research needs which a university (research organization) has.
In collaboration with dental colleges and public universities all over Japan, as well as with overseas universities (in Canada etc.), we are conducting clinical tests as to how a toothbrush containing a titanium oxide semiconductor effects plaque decomposition and producing the essential data of how lactic acid is disassembled when light touches the stick of a semiconductor. This research has been reported by the authoritative technical magazines.
